SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTERS
The abstracts must be submitted in English to the following Internet web-site:
www.adriacongrex/mcm2005. The font size should be 12 points, Times New Roman
font (maximum 2,485 characters). Deadline: January 15 2005.
The presentation of an abstract requires the registration of at least one of the authors.
Scientific Secretariat will send the official confirmation to authors by February 2005
There will be special awards given to “the best communication” selected by the
Scientific Committee between accepted oral communications and posters .


MEETING PROCEEDINGS
The Meeting proceedings containing the texts of all presentations of the different
sessions included in the Scientific Program will be published by Springer - Verlag
and distributed to all registrants during the Meeting.


PROJECTION
PC data projection is available in all the rooms. Please copy your work onto a CD
ROM, and to be on the safe side, bring also your lap-top with you, however, for
technical reasons, it will not be possible to project with the personal laptop during
the sessions. All projections must be worded in English only. The speaker ready
room will be at disposal of presenters and faculty to give them the opportunity to
preview the projection and become familiar with the audio-visual equipment.


LUNCHEON PANELS
Attendance at all luncheon panels (limited to seat availability) is free for all registered
participants.


ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES
Attendance certificates will be distributed to all registered delegates on Saturday,
April 9, 2005. after the end of last session.


EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
We have requested to be granted educational credits (CME) by the National
Commission for Continuous Education. We are still waiting for the confirmation by
the Ministry of Health.
