REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee for delegate and presenter includes:
attendance at all scientific sessions including luncheon panels (limited to seat availability), entrance to the exhibition area, workshop proceedings, attendance certificate, ECM certificate, social dinner, badge and congress kit, welcome cocktail, and coffee breaks, which will be taken at the Venue.

The registration fee for nurse includes:
attendance at scientific sessions dedicated that will take place on April 10 2003, entrance to the exhibition area, attendance certificate, ECM certificate, badge and congress kit, welcome cocktail, and coffee breaks, which will be taken at the Venue.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
entrance to the exhibition area, welcome cocktail, half day excursions and social dinner.

In order to register it is necessary to fill in the registration form, send it to Adria Congrex with the full payment. Post mark certifies mailing date.

DELEGATES FAILING TO REGISTER BY MARCH 20 MAY BE ABLE TO REGISTER AT THE CONGRESS VENUE ITSELF.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The form must be filled in and sent to Adria Congrex with the hotel deposit and the reservation fee.
As Taormina is visited all year round, and April is the opening holiday season it is recommended to make reservation well in advance, and no later than October 15, 2002.
Every effort will be made by Adria Congrex to place you in the hotel category of your choice. Hotels have very few single rooms, therefore double rooms for single use will be assigned once singles are no further available. Once availability in Taormina is over, hotels will be assigned in Taormina Mare. Confirmation will be sent starting from October 30, 2002.
Please note that hotel categories and rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

HOTEL DEPOSIT
A deposit for the first night is required to process your reservation.
The deposit paid will be deducted from the hotel bill, payment in full of the balance is due at check out.
The hotel will provide official receipt for the whole sum.

RESERVATION FEE
For each hotel reservation received the payment of a reservation fee of € 20 VAT included- per room, is requested.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Accepted payments are: cheque written on Italian Banks and Bank transfer in Italian Lire

Please indicate clearly your name, address and CardiologyMeeting2003 on cheques and money orders.
Registration and hotel reservation will be confirmed only on receipt of the amounts due.
Adria Congrex will provide regular invoice for registration, and reservation fees. The form should therefore be fully completed with the European VAT code (only for EU countries) and the invoice address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation should be notified in writing to Adria Congrex and will be subject to the following conditions:
Before October 15, 2002
Refund of registration is subject to a 30% administrative charge, whilst for hotel deposit and reservation fee no refund will be made. All refunds, if any, will be done after the congress (all costs to receiver's charge).
After October 15, 2002
No refund of any kind
